We have developed our approach to assessment services based on four key factors: our assets, our agility, our quality assurance and our culture.

1. Our assets
Our Test Centre network comprises 135 assessment facilities across the UK.
Our network is directly managed, with no outsourcing. It includes fixed locations in high footfall city and town centres, as well as temporary and flexible facilities for remote areas of the country.
We have fitted our network with the latest integrated technology to provide confidence in identity verification, fraud detection and risk prevention. This technology is underpinned by robust connectivity and security systems so that our Test Centres are always on when they are needed.
Through our partnership with Eintech we can also offer Rogo, an end to end, configurable, scalable, web-based eAssessment software platform that specifically meets the requirements of awarding bodies and certification providers.
2. Our quality assurance
We are proud of our record in scalability, accessibility, security, test compliance, business continuity and risk management.
We hold ISO 14001, ISO 27001, ISO 9001 and Cyber Essentials Plus accreditation.
We maintain our excellent track record of successful fraud prevention by working collaboratively with commissioners and crime agencies to identify and prosecute offenders.
3. Our agility
Our approach to delivery is flexible and responsive.
We can scale our resources based on emerging needs to meet increased demand or to develop additional, responsive solutions. This can include mobile test delivery and remote proctoring or additional accessibility accommodations.
We pride ourselves on finding solutions and ensuring that the combined needs of test owners and candidates are always met appropriately. We were proud to have worked collaboratively with DVSA to clear the post-pandemic Driving Theory Test backlog through 2021-22, including making 300,000 extra test slots available to book.
